Geneology

My Clan Ross Ancestors can be traced back to the mid 1700's in and
around Maybole, Ayrshire. This is an area in the southwest of
Scotland which has close association with Scotland's National Bard
- Robert Burns. On these pages I have created a family tree starting
with my Grandfather - William Ross, born in 1905 in Maybole. I have
also provided links to a map of the area surrounding Maybole, and
a link to the official Maybole Website, which is regularly updated
with local news, and is an excellent source of family history in the
Maybole district.
